Healing Arts

Embark on a journey of joy, inspiration, insight, and growth during a Healing Arts session with Erika. Using the creative tools of collage and paint as well as guided meditation, tarot and gentle yoga techniques, you will be supported on an explorative inner journey designed to help clear old paths and map new directions in your life.

No experience with creating anything at all, yoga, meditation or tarot is necessary.

All materials provided. Please wear old clothes (including shoes) or bring an apron. You also may want to bring a journal or sketchbook.

Sessions last from 90 to 120 minutes. Sunday appointments are available.

PLEASE NOTE:  these sessions are not at Midcoast Health Collective but are at my art studio in South Thomaston.
