Yoga Therapy
Gentle functional movement, breath work and classic yoga asana variations to help you to build strength, flexibility and mobility while fostering a spirit, body and mind connection. This work is calming and stabilizing to one’s nervous system and brings awareness to stress triggers.
Please note that you do not have to be able to even stretch a half an inch, or to get up and down off the floor to experience the benefits of therapeutic yoga. Some of the work can even be done while you lie on a massage table. Erika is fully comfortable meeting you wherever you can start…one breath at a time.
Therapeutic Yoga works seamlessly with other therapies: Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Talk Therapy and more for complete whole person healing.
Appointments are at your home or in my office. Session fees vary depending on location. A travel fee may apply to at home appointments.
Erika specializes in: back issues, chronic fatigue, chronic lyme, long covid, shoulder and neck issues, peri and menopausal women, stress reduction.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in, preferably with an elastic waistband.
