Policies

All bodywork and yoga therapy sessions are 75 minutes.  Healing arts sessions generally run 90 to 120 minutes.  All appointments are in person, as Erika is not set up for online sessions.

Office hours at Midcoast Health Collective, 558 Main Street in Rockland, ME are by appointment:  every other Saturday 10 to 4 and every Monday 12 to 5.  Please inquire about days/times for Yoga Therapy outcalls and Healing Arts sessions.

Bodywork and Yoga Therapy are $130 a session in the office.  Yoga Therapy at your home or office may involve a travel fee.  Healing arts sessions are $100 an hour and are at my studio in South Thomaston.

Cash or check only

There is a $30 fee for returned checks on top of the session fee.

Barring illness, emergency or wild weather there is a 36 hour notice of cancellation or you will be charged for the missed appointment.

No gift certificates.

No bodywork outcalls.
